The Seventeenth Annual Ames Plantation Heritage Festival was held on October 11th, 2014. The 2014 event fell short of what we have come to expect from the Ames Plantation Heritage Festival each year. It is hard to overcome hours of rainfall at an outdoor event but through the perseverance of our loyal vendors, demonstrators, and visitors the show went on. Almost 2000 attendees stepped back in time with the help of over 100 folk artists, musicians, and demonstrators.
